Privacy and Data Sources

We use a few kinds of information to run the service, understand what you are researching, and improve the quality of the analysis we provide. We keep this as simple and transparent as possible.

1. What we collect

Your account email address so we can create and manage your account.
Brand searches and other research inputs that you enter in the platform.
Saved profiles, saved reports, and related project data you choose to keep in the app.
Billing information is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our systems.

2. Public data sources we use

We may combine your inputs with public and third-party data sources to help identify relevant signals, conflicts, and context. Examples include public trademark and patent information from the USPTO, public web and open-source research sources, and DNS or WHOIS-style domain data.

3. AI and third-party processing

Submitted search inputs and related research context may be sent to third-party AI providers for analysis, summarization, and ranking. The exact provider list can vary by feature and by the model configuration in use.

4. How long we keep data

We keep account, search, and saved-results data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational obligations.

5. How to request deletion

If you want to request deletion of your account data or saved research, email us athello@brandreason.ai. We will review the request and respond as appropriate under the service and applicable legal rules.
